The dosage form. The drug is ammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid isolated from the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra. Release tablets of 0.05 g in a package of 50 pieces.

Therapeutic properties. Glyciram has anti-inflammatory and antiallergic action.

Indications for use. Prescribe the drug in bronchial asthma, allergic dermatitis, eczema and other diseases of allergic nature.

Rules of application. The drug is used alone or in combination with glucocorticoids. Assign inside of 1 — 2 tablets 2 to 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The duration of treatment can be from 2 weeks to 6 months. In severe cases, the drug is prescribed 2 tablets 3 to 6 times a day. Dose, frequency of administration and duration of treatment is individual and determined by the doctor depending on the characteristics of the disease.

Side effects and complications. When properly selected dose of the drug is well tolerated.

Contraindications. You cannot use glyciram in severe diseases of heart, liver and kidneys.

Storage. In a cool, dark place. Shelf life 2 years.
